MassMediaHub™ & 360WiSE® Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the services operated by 360WiSE® Media Group LLC, including MassMediaHub™ (our streaming, publishing, and distribution service) and 360WiSE® (our verification, registry, and identity-infrastructure service), across:

  • Our websites, including massmediahub.com and 360wise.com;
  • Our connected-television applications, including Amazon Fire TV, Roku, and Google Play / Google TV;
  • Our mobile and desktop client applications (collectively, the "Services").

Who this policy covers. It applies both to viewers and users who access our streaming, web, and TV Services, and to members and clients who enroll for Authority Verification, listings, or registry records.

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you create an account, contact us, or interact with the Services, you may provide your name, email address, account credentials, and the contents of messages you send us. If you purchase a subscription or make a payment, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers.

Verification and listing information you submit

If you enroll for Authority Verification, a public listing, or a registry record, you may provide information about yourself or an entity you represent — such as entity name, category, contact details, public identifiers, links, and supporting materials. Some of this information is published publicly (see Section 3).

Information collected automatically

  • Device information, including device model, operating system and version, app version, language settings, and device or advertising identifiers.
  • Usage and viewing activity, such as content viewed, search queries, playback events, and features used.
  • Log and technical data, including IP address, access times, and error data.
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address.

Cookies and similar technologies

On our websites, we and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services and your account.
  • Deliver, recommend, and personalize content.
  • Operate verification, listing, and registry features, including generating and publishing registry records.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide support.
  • Analyze usage to understand and improve the Services.
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Services and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Send service-related and, where permitted, promotional communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Authority Verification, Listings & Public Registry

360WiSE® operates a public registry and publishes verification and resolve records. When you enroll for verification, a listing, or a registry record, you are providing information for the purpose of public identification.

Some of the information you submit is published publicly. Registry and resolve records (for example, records published at 360wise.com/resolve/) are intended to be read by both people and automated systems, including search engines and AI systems. Information submitted for a public listing or registry record — such as entity name, category, public identifiers, and the resolve record itself — is, by design, made publicly available and machine-readable. Do not submit information through these features that you do not want to be public.

Public versus private. Account credentials, internal contact details, and similar non-public information are not published. A public registry record contains only the fields intended for publication.

What verification means. 360WiSE® verifies and publishes identity and provenance. It does not certify, audit, accredit, or endorse any member's claims, credentials, or conduct. A registry record reflects identity verification and publication — it is not an endorsement.

Corrections and removal. You may request correction or removal of a listing or registry record by contacting us. Some records or correction notations may be retained for integrity and audit purposes, consistent with our published standards.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who perform services on our behalf — such as hosting, content delivery and streaming, analytics, and customer support — under obligations to protect your information.
  • Platform partners (such as Amazon, Roku, and Google) as necessary to distribute and operate our applications on their platforms, subject to their own privacy policies.
  • Publicly, with respect to registry and resolve records, as described in Section 3.
  • Legal and safety purposes, where disclosure is required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our companies, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our applications run on third-party connected-TV and app platforms, including the Amazon Appstore and Amazon Fire TV, Roku, and Google Play / Google TV. When you access the Services through these platforms, the platform's own privacy policy and terms also apply. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of Amazon, Roku, and Google.

6. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for general audiences and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

7. Your Choices and Rights

  • Account information. You may update, correct, or request deletion of your account by contacting us.
  • Communications. You may opt out of promotional emails via the unsubscribe link in those messages.
  • Device and advertising identifiers. You can reset or limit advertising identifiers through your device or platform settings, including Amazon Fire TV, Roku, and Google device settings.
  • California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
  • EEA/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR). You have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. We process personal data on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal compliance, as applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 12. We will respond as required by applicable law. Note that information already published in a public registry record is governed by Section 3.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account and any registry records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
